![]() At which point you could do a "sudo profiles renew -type enrollment" to get the updated record (or in this case, clear the ownership record) for the device so that if you do reset in future you will be in the clear. ![]() ![]() And if everything is above board they could process a proper removal from ABM/ASM. If the device wasnt stolen, and just not correctly removed, you could touch base with the business, theres usually a phone number in the enrollment record with the "show" command above. The fact that the enrollment screen notes (null) as the enrolling server means that the device is still present in ABM/ASM, but not assigned to an MDM server, or the MDM instance it used to be assigned to no longer exists.Right now you have no issue other than the fact that the nag screen to enroll will occasionally appear. Since it failed to enrol you wont get much from that. ![]() The profiles command you've used only shows the active status of the device. ![]()
